Mr. Shah, President, co-founded Dato Property Management Inc in 1986. Under his leadership, he promoted another company to manage the portfolio of asset managed hotels and motels and the portfolio has grown to a current aggregate book value of more than $68 million. Mr. Shah has more than 30 years of hospitality industry experience of ownership and management of real estate business with expertise in motels/hotels to apartment buildings. As a President, Mr. Shah is also specialized in real estate finance of all areas of financial needs. Mr. Shah has 15 years of experience in the Aerospace industry at executive level. Mr. Shah serves as the company visionary and practice leader for DHG, whose strategic insight extends to the properties in our portfolio, specifically in the areas of operation, development/master planning and investment strategies. He is Real Estate Licensed broker in California for more than 20 years.

Mr. Shah has managed $360 million worth of income producing properties. He is currently involved in managing portfolio of approximately $68 plus million of hospitality properties. Mr. Shah is responsible for raising and negotiating equity and debt financing, negotiation of purchase and sale agreements in support of asset acquisition and disposition, advising on workout strategies and participating in hotel management/franchise company selection and contract negotiation.
